weekly report

I realized how breakfast, cooking, making is important for me. I hate pre-prepared products, I don't respect capsule-coffe-makers, rice in plastic bags, ready spaghetti souce, frozen garlic baguettes... I find them useful, but it keeps me thinking that something it's missing in my kitchen if I use them. Once thailand neighbour (can't even spell his name) from my visit in Vienna asked me- what is my logic in preparing dish for one hour, to eat it only in 15 minutes?
I have no idea. But it makes me feel fullfilled.

Let's forget for now washing up discussion...

Sunday breakfast:
tea with honey and lemon
2 slices of brown bread- one with cheese paste(cheese, onion, paprika,green olives, mayo,pepper)
second one with ham and horseradish
egg




Saturday breakfast

2 slices of bread one wih tuna paste (tuna, white cheese, capers, pepper) and egg paste (eggs, cheese, paprica, onion, pepper, mayo)
2 slices of pumpernickel with white cheese and honey.
Feshly made juce- 2 bananas, 1 kg of apples (and still stays stiff)


Magich chineese kamille tea which one of my coleguees get from some profesor. Althought it looks beautiful it's awful. I think that chineese kamille is pretty different.



Magpie working on her nest,it was like week ago- 12 degrees, you can even see tree beeing in bud, today it's 0 degrees and 50cm of snow...still snowing...

This dog, named Nora is REAL BEAST!!! Every time you come closer she lie down on the fence waiting for scratching! Bad dog! That's a bad dog!




Seems that in my present hard-working-situation I got serious problem with finding spare time to post pictures. That's why it's weekly report :) I hope I'll become more systematic.
